What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

1. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,000
2. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
3. We will never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping, regardless of your basket size
4. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.
5. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Sükoon.
6. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.

In case a product is missing from your order, please initiate a return/exchange here within 24 hours of receiving the products.
Why are the prices different in different currencies
Why are the prices different in different currencies
For all domestic (within India) orders we follow the INR catalogue and for all international orders we follow the USD catalogue. Our pricing in international and domestic markets is different on account of differing operation costs for getting orders out to those regions (and also takes into account the demand and supply ratio). We do endeavor to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, which is why we still show prices in both INR and USD.

Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

Most of Sükoon’s gift items come packaged in beautifully designed thick cardboard boxes with a ribbon added on top, which are good to go.

Is same day delivery possible?
Yes same day delivery is offered in Delhi/ NCR, the extra charges are calculated as per distance from our warehouse. You can whatsapp us with your order details for the same. For major metro cities, the same can be arranged via air. (Please note we cannot air ship candles)
