We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped, missing, or damaged items.

2.โ โ Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
3.โ โ We will never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping, regardless of your basket sizeย
4.โ โ We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.ย
5.โ โ In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Sรผkoon.

Yes same day delivery is offered in Delhi/ NCR, the extra charges are calculated as per distance from our warehouse. You can whatsapp us with your order details for the same. For major metro cities, the same can be arranged via air. (Please note we cannot air ship candles)
